Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully surrender to the experience. You may want to remain seated so you don’t drift into sleep—we’re going quite deep. Keep a pen and paper nearby, especially for the Divine Muse meditation, as insights may flow to you like whispers on the wind.

Some of us hear words, some see images or colors, others feel sensations in the body—or perhaps you’ll experience a blend of it all. However it unfolds, trust that it’s perfect for you. Each time you revisit, new layers of meaning may reveal themselves.
